シドニー・ベシェ、キッド・レナのデルタ・ジャズ・バンド、バンク・ジョンソン、ジョージ・ルイス＆ヒズ・ニューオーリンズ・ストンパーズ、キッド・オリーのクレオール・ジャズ・バンドなどなど、リヴァイヴァル・ブーム期の音源がたっぷり。デキシー好きはもちろん、カリブの入り口としてのニューオーリンズとカリブ各地の管楽器アンサンブルとの通底性や、その後のニューオーリンズのブラスバンドとの繋がりなんかも視野に入れて聴くと、「発見」があるかもしれません。
